From the very first day, you will be assigned a Principal – portrayed by our Head Instructor, who will act as a UHNW client whose expectations will constantly challenge you and whose requests will often seem impossible.
Serving your Principal will require discipline, precision, and absolute accountability.
Because the role is performed by our Head Instructor – someone who has personally served UHNW individuals for decades – you will experience the most realistic and demanding training environment possible.
You will learn how to anticipate needs, respond to complex requests, and solve high-pressure situations exactly as they occur in real private service environments.
In order to meet these expectations, you will lead and coordinate a team, taking full responsibility for their performance and ensuring seamless operations at all times.
You will also interact with real guests, face authentic service challenges, and handle demanding situations with composure and professionalism. Finally, you will be responsible for the impeccable preparation of your Principal’s environment: arranging rooms, executing turndown service, and maintaining the highest standards of detail, presentation, and refinement.
In addition, you will be entrusted with daily organisational responsibilities for which you will be fully accountable. Your performance in these tasks will directly influence your daily evaluation and overall rating.
